- ➤ DeKalb County is operating warming centers from Feb. 4 through Feb. 8 to help residents handle freezing temperatures & hazardous wind chills, with services at locations like Exchange Park Intergenerational Center and daily transportation pickups from Frontline Response Headquarters. - ➤ Residents in Decatur and Avondale Estates reported low water pressure, prompting county officials to inspect potential water main breaks. County staff (as of Tuesday) said no breaks have been confirmed and urged residents to winterize pipes during the cold. WSB-TV
