Two men were taken into custody on Sunday morning at a home on the 2500 block of Boulder Springs Point — after a domestic argument turned deadly when 46-year-old Walter Marks shot a 45-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man — and police responded at around 9 a.m. charging Marks with aggravated assault while another man faces charges for firearm possession by a convicted felon and making false statements.
