- ➤ During Tuesday's meeting, commissioners discussed extending the Lifeline contract (adding about $2.18 million for operations until June 30 to allow more time for evaluation) and funding a contract with Horizon Structures to build six new kennels adjacent to the animal shelter in Chamblee to relieve overcrowding.
