- ➤ On Jan. 3, MARTA Police said a bus driver was fatally shot at the Decatur station and on April 2, the DeKalb County District Attorney announced that a 16-year-old suspect accused of the shooting will be prosecuted in juvenile court—after reviewing video evidence and meeting with the suspect’s family. - ➤ State wildlife officials warned residents that black bears emerged from hibernation searching for food and advised households to secure pet food and remove bird feeders.
