REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • At a condo complex on Columbia Drive in DeKalb County, the homeowners' association admitted it held only 40% of the funds needed to repair a sinkhole that is 5 to 6 ft deep and has lowered property values since residents paid a $200 special assessment in 2018.  FOX 5 Atlanta
  • A condo community in DeKalb County faces a five-foot-deep sinkhole as its HOA board said repair funding remains incomplete, leaving residents to wait for additional resources. Further repairs will be delayed until more funds are secured.  Fox 5 Atlanta
