- ➤ Police arrested six people in a drug trafficking case in DeKalb County—seizing about 50 lbs of marijuana, an undisclosed amount of ecstasy pills, seven handguns, one rifle, and a large amount of cash. WSB-TV
- ➤ A shooting at an Ingles grocery store on Rockbridge Road in DeKalb County left two innocent bystanders in their 60s seriously injured early Saturday — a store employee used her hoodie to perform chest compressions while police arrested Quincy Mitchell on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
