- ➤ Amplify Decatur Music Festival returns to Decatur Square, Avon Theater and Eddie’s Attic from June 4-7 to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a headlining concert on June 6 from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tickets start at $75 + VIP packages are available as proceeds benefit local nonprofits. Decaturish

- ➤ DeKalb County has launched DeKalbAlert — an emergency notification system for residents, business owners and visitors today that replaces Code Red. Residents can register by texting DEKALBALERT to 67283 or by setting up an online profile for real-time alerts during emergencies. Atlanta News First
