- ➤ Cathea and Albenis Terminio filed a lawsuit against the DeKalb County School District alleging that their 6-year-old daughter was repeatedly racially bullied and physically attacked at Ashford Park Elementary starting in 2023, and her mother said school officials did not provide a safety plan+ later, she was banned from contacting teachers as anonymous, threatening emails were received.
