- ➤ DeKalb County will offer over $206 million in property tax relief to eligible homeowners using the EHOST program—residents must own and live in their primary home and apply by July 14 to qualify. Fox 5 Atlanta
- ➤ Decatur will auction off the famously controversial colored planters that line West Howard Avenue from July 22 to 26 with both online and in-person options—city officials say they will be removed to make way for a West Howard improvement project that will install permanent landscape islands. The planters, first installed in 2019, have marked the city’s look and will be replaced as the project moves forward. Atlanta News First
