- ➤ At a back-to-school event hosted by 21 Savage at the Porter Sanford Performing Arts Center, students received school supplies after heavy rain forced organizers to move the event from South DeKalb Mall. - ➤ Today, hundreds of thousands of students in 11 north Georgia school districts including Atlanta Public Schools, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Heard, Newton, Rabun and Rockdale head back to school for the 2025-2026 year—marking the start of a new academic term across the state’s largest districts.
