- ➤ DeKalb County Fire and Rescue escorted fallen firefighter Preston Fant from Fire Station 24 to the West Cobb Funeral Home on Wednesday morning—he died on Monday while trying to save a fellow firefighter at a warehouse fire and is survived by his wife and five children. WSB-TV
