- ➤ DeKalb County announced a $28.9M retail development called Candler Crossing along Candler Road in southwest DeKalb County—featuring a 50,325‑square‑foot Publix and an 11,200‑square‑foot retail building available at below‑market rent. - ➤ Global Village Project broke ground on a new campus on 3.2 acres at 2135 Shamrock Drive in Greater Decatur and plans to double its capacity to serve 100 students.
