- ➤ Decatur High School math teacher Courtney Phillips won a $92,000 prize on FOX's The 1% Club game show after competing with two other math teachers, who were eliminated as questions grew tougher. - ➤ Agnes Scott College in Decatur will host its annual Women's Global Leadership Conference on Oct. 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will focus on entrepreneurs and share success stories with keynote speakers Jesslyn Rollins and Nancy Giordano '85 — registration costs $25 for most and free parking is available.
