- ➤ DeKalb County Recreation and Park Pride will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new playground at Biffle Park, 5221 Biffle Rd in Stone Mountain on Oct. 25 at 11 a.m. The $325,798 project was funded by Park Pride’s Grantgiving Program, a local sales tax, and county parks funds—public attendance is invited.
