- ➤ The City Schools of Decatur Board is considering closing an unnamed elementary school as part of its redistricting plan—rumors point to Westchester or Clairemont Elementary, though no decision has been made. - ➤ At Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta hosted a scouting year kickoff event near the end of September — about 500 local members previewed updated programs including new badges, family camping, and sports.
