- ➤ Georgia health officials said WIC funding may run out by mid-November if the federal shutdown continues—WIC still operates normally now. - ➤ DeKalb County CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson is leading efforts to protect food and housing security after federal SNAP funds are set to end today if Congress does not act.
