- ➤ Wellroot Family Services is finishing renovations at 750 E Lake Drive in Decatur as one apartment building nears completion to house transitioning youth by the end of April plus plans to start work on a second building and community center to be finished by late fall. - ➤ City Schools of Decatur plans to move two Early Intervention Program teachers—one from Oakhurst and one from Winnona Park Elementary—to other roles as part of its FY26 budget draft that shows rising spending and will be voted on April 15.
